In addition to having experience in a multitude of the most cutting edge techniques, Dr. Rumack is the founder of Rumack's Range of Light Integrative Chiropractic Techniques.

Rumack's Range of Light (ROL) Integrative Techniques have proven to be the standard for safe, effective, alternative care for more than 30 years. ROL Techniques focus on the body being in balance. Your body, as an operating system, moves into a state of dis-ease when functional decline is experienced.

Rumack's Range of Light Integrative Techniques address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction in the body. Structural correction and balance is provided with more effective, non-cracking adjustments. Provided, next, is state of the art reflexive care to maximize stabilization of muscles, and minimize factors that caused the dysfunction via neutralizing glandular reflexes, emotional and environmental desensitization, and other holistic approaches as needed. We further provide nutrition and exercise advice.

Our transformational approach effectively addresses a myriad of health issues including, but not limited to neck and back pain, athletic injuries, headaches, low energy and environmental sensitivities.

Our safe, more effective care, yields a faster and more effective result in attaining and maintaining greater health, function, and well-being.

The synergism of low force/non-cracking manipulation, and effective reflexive therapy has yielded the most effective and patient friendly technique.

Our caring mission is to help you restore optimal function and well-being.

We work together as a team to free you from your structural and functional blocks, while also providing you the counsel necessary for the health changes necessary for health and healing.

The flow of our life energies is controlled by our nervous system. Providing freedom from nerve interference induced from structural misalignments is the fundamental purpose of Chiropactic care. Rumack's Range of Light (ROL) Integrative Techniques remove nerve interference and irritation via specific non-cracking adjustments to the spine and extremities. We also provide muscle and visceral techniques that provide needed stabilization.

Adjunctive techniques that address referencing, control and regulation of the nervous system most optimally provide appropriate responses to stressors.

We invite you to experience how optimal structure and function is the path to attain and maintain optimal health. Call us at (530) 544-4996.

  • How does Rumack's Range of Light Integrative Techniques differ from general chiropractic techniques?

Chiropractic techniques can vary greatly in approach and methodology. Rumack's Range of Light Integrative Techniques are unique, derived from a carefully selected myriad of Chiropractic techniques that have shown to be safe and more effective. These techniques do not include any type of cracking techniques.

  • What does "non-force" Chiropractic mean?

Non-Force Chiropractic means specific non-cracking manipulations.

  • What kind of training do chiropractors receive?

Chiropractors receive an education nearly identical in hours of study and curriculum to that of medical doctors. Physiology, chemistry, pathology, etc. is studied. The curriculum, however, changes when medical doctors begin to study pharmacology, whereas the Chiropractic doctor begins to study adjusting procedures. Nutrition is furthermore stressed and studied more in Chiropractic colleges.

  • When should people see a chiropractor?

Clearly, when one is experiencing a muscular complaint such as pain or a sprain. Yet optimal health is the goal. Health compromises of all type are often dramatically improved with our care. Well-being tune ups are needed by all periodically.
